What will you do?
- Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
- Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
More about you
- No college degree required
Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, specifically Quick Service/Fast Food
Experience overseeing daily operations and ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is valuable
Ability to train, develop, and supervise staff
Strong management skills for motivating teams and maintaining performance
Experience overseeing daily operations and ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is valuable
Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints professionally
Commitment to delivering quick, friendly, high‑quality guest service. Problem‑solving ability for both staffing and customer‑related issues
Competence in basic financial tasks such as monitoring sales, cash handling, and budget adherence; and ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures, brand guidelines, and safety regulations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
