The opportunity
Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Bakers to join our team at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, New York. As a Baker, you will prepare the bakery products at Lincoln Ristorante and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

What will you do?
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
- Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained, and food is stored correctly
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

- Basic math skills with the ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player, follow procedures, and take directions
- Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions
