• Servers welcome and greet guests as they arrive, take food and beverage orders, and deliver those items from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Servers monitor and observe guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests.

Back of House
Line Cook
Our line cooks apply their skills to follow recipes and cooking instructions to prepare high quality, consistent, well-presented, and delicious dishes to our customers.
• Line Cooks prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, grills, fryers, steamers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Line Cooks follow recipe specifications to cook, prepare all food items for service, and portion food products according to standard portion sizes and plating guidelines.
• Line Cooks assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
