Chef Michael Anthony’s fiercely seasonal menu consists of elegant dishes with a rustic influence that showcases the restaurant’s relationships with local farms and purveyors. The restaurant can be enjoyed through two distinct dining experiences: the Tavern and the Dining Room. The Tavern serves an à la carte menu in a casual, walk-in setting. The Dining Room offers fixed-price and tasting menus.
 
Who you are: 
A vital member of the Service team, the Support role encompasses setting up the dining room, setting tables, clearing tables, pouring water, running food, working with servers and expediters, resetting the dining room, polishing glassware and various tasks that support service at the restaurant.
What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality</li>
<li>Possess an understanding of proper steps of service and engage in table maintenance and resetting with efficiency, speed and grace</li>
<li>Stay informed and knowledgeable of all menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish.</li>
<li>Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant.</li>
<li>Demonstrates an eagerness to continue to learn and grow.</li>

What we need from you:

<li>Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not necessary</li>
<li>Availability for lunch shifts</li>
<li>Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.</li>
<li>English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required</li>

<li>Display a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu</li>
<li>Consistently ensure that station mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and stocked throughout service and overall  station remains clean and organized</li>
<li>Effectively participates in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication</li>
<li>Maintain a calm mental athleticism while managing picks and simultaneously taking direction from expediters and culinary leaders </li>
<li>Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team</li>
<li>Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success</li>
