The Maintenance Personnel is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all events hosted at Manhatta including the set-up of furniture and fixtures. Who you are: 
Fine Dining Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee and tea beverages at the Main Dining Room. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fine dining environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere.
 What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality</li>
<li>Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry</li>
<li>Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art</li>
<li>Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail</li>
<li>Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success</li>

As an Event Line Cook, you bring precision, consistency, and commitment to everything you do. You have experience in fine dining and thrive in an environment where excellence and attention to detail matter. You take pride in perfectly roasting proteins, crafting sauces, and plating with care and speed. You're organized, thoughtful in your mise en place, and can plan ahead for multiple days of preparation.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with Executive Chef Michele Brogioni and be part of a team that values mentorship, seasonal creativity, and collaboration.
What you’ll do:

<li>Execute menu items with precision and consistency, from roasting proteins to finishing sauces and garnishes</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized station with mise en place prepped and ready for several days in advance</li>
<li>Participate in a professional, fast-paced service focused on timing, communication, and teamwork</li>
<li>Adapt and learn as the Executive Chef rolls out new menus and seasonal changes throughout the year</li>
<li>Uphold the highest standards of quality, organization, and accountability during prep and service</li>
<li>Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and help mentor peers</li>

What we need from you:
<ul>
<li>1+ years fine dining line cook experience, familiarity with proteins, sauces, garnish work, and precise execution</li>
<li>The ability to follow recipes and produce consistent, high-quality results at volume</li>
<li>Strong station organization and time management skills; able to plan mise en place for several days ahead</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and maintain focus during service</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>English fluency preferred; additional languages a plus </li>
