The Guest Development Host is responsible for managing and booking high-end and top-tier guests across all Tao Group venues in Las Vegas (and additional markets as needed). This position focuses on sourcing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients both inside and outside the Las Vegas market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing guests
Provide service through networking, socializing, and hosting
Identify and target groups for hosted events at Tao Group venues
Build guest loyalty by exceeding expectations in service and dependability
Inform guests of promotional events and support the execution of such initiatives
Maintain pace with monthly Guest Development revenue goals
Cross-promote all Tao Group venues and fulfill support responsibilities at venues outside your primary location
Process guest reservation requests promptly and accurately
Enter all VIP table reservations into the reservation system, including the guest’s full name, cell phone number, and email address
*Reservations missing required information will not count toward minimum requirements, and corresponding commissions will not be paid.*
Complete all assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks as requested by management
Review nightly spend reports for targeted guests with the Director of VIP Marketing
Perform additional duties as assigned
Maintain a friendly, professional, and personable demeanor with a willingness to engage directly with guests
Provide consistent, exceptional guest service
Demonstrate commitment to company values and uphold the highest standards of guest service for both external guests and internal team members
Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma equivalent and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
21+ years of age
