Little Sparrow is hiring experienced servers for full-time and part-time opportunities with AM and PM shifts. Join our French-inspired neighborhood restaurant in West Midtown, where thoughtful service, great food, and genuine hospitality come together.

About the role

As a server, you’ll guide guests through the menu, offer food and beverage recommendations, and work closely with our dining room and kitchen teams to deliver attentive, well-paced service. We’re looking for warm, personable team members who take pride in the details and enjoy caring for guests and one another. Two or more years of upscale dining experience preferred.

Competitive pay – $2.13/hr. + tips for servers; up to $8.00/hr. + tips for select hourly supervisor positions based on experience and ability.
