Tao Group Hospitality’s paid College Summer Internship Program is designed for motivated juniors and seniors seeking hands-on experience and the opportunity to build essential business and leadership skills. The program is designed to provide students with key experience, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation. Tao Group Hospitality interns gain relevant work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training to help them pursue what matters to them, both personally and professionally. Opportunities within the program are focused on various career paths within our business and provide key milestone experiences specific to each career path. Tao Group Hospitality interns can expect a paid 10-week experience from June 8 through August 14, 2026.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited undergraduate program at a 4-year college or university - All majors are welcome. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. Must work well in both team and individualized tasks. The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with guests, fellow team members, and leadership. Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, or holidays according to business needs. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
