Little Sparrow is hiring experienced cooks to join our culinary team. Join our French-inspired neighborhood restaurant in West Midtown, where thoughtful service, great food, and genuine hospitality come together.

Part of Rocket Farm Restaurants, Little Sparrow combines the charm of Parisian bistros and old Brooklyn neighborhood taverns with polished, approachable service. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or stopping in for a burger and fries, we want every visit to feel welcoming and memorable.

About the role

As a cook, you’ll prepare and execute dishes at your assigned station, follow recipes and plating standards, and work closely with our Chef team to deliver consistent, high-quality food. We’re looking for organized, dependable team members who take pride in the details, stay focused during busy services, and enjoy supporting one another in the kitchen. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.

Competitive pay – $16 to $24/hr. – based on experience and ability.
