This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, assisting with day-to-day technical support, system maintenance, and IT operations across corporate and venue locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, POS systems, printers, and mobile devices
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including user account setup and access management
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
- Help maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
- Support IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades across corporate and venue locations
- Respond quickly to support requests and communicate status updates in a timely manner
- Follow company IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards
- Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly in a support environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
