What you’ll do:
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Lead the daily execution of facilities operations, ensuring all guest-facing and support areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Oversee all event logistics, including room setups, breakdowns, load-ins, load-outs, and venue resets.
- Conduct daily facility inspections, identifying and resolving maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns before they affect operations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor services while supporting the Facilities Manager in prioritizing work.
- Partner with Operations, Events, Culinary, and Building Management to ensure every event is executed seamlessly.
- Supervise front-of-house cleanliness, deep-cleaning projects, and the overall presentation of the restaurant and event spaces.
- Respond quickly to operational issues, minimizing disruptions to guests and team members.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, inventories, and equipment readiness.
- Support compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company standards.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What we need from you:
- 3 or more years of facilities, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event operations experience.
- Experience supervising maintenance, housekeeping, or facilities teams.
- Knowledge of basic building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Experience supporting high-volume events or hospitality operations.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- English and Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Scheduling flexibility and comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively work throughout the facility.
