Daily Provisions is the fast-casual, neighborhood-driven concept from Union Square Hospitality Group — a brand built on the belief that great food should be part of everyday life. With a growing footprint across New York City and beyond, we’re expanding our team to support an exciting period of scale. We move fast, care deeply about quality, and show up for our guests and communities every single day.
If you’re someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, takes ownership of your work, and gets genuinely excited about a well-executed campaign, a beautiful menu, or a perfectly timed social post — this role was built for you.
Who you are:
The Marketing Coordinator is a critical, hands-on role responsible for executing the day-to-day marketing operations of the Daily Provisions brand. You will support a growing multi-location concept at a pivotal moment of scale, owning the production of marketing collateral, digital content, website and menu updates, and local marketing campaigns that connect our brand to the neighborhoods we serve.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing for Daily Provisions and work with a lean, fast-moving team — managing an external social media content creator and a part-time graphic designer. This role requires someone who can lead projects independently, communicate clearly across internal teams and external partners, and bring both creative sensibility and operational precision to everything they touch
What you'll do:
- Consistently deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
-
Develop, coordinate, and produce marketing collateral including signage, POS materials, seasonal promotions, and in-store menus
-
Manage the end-to-end production of menu updates across all Daily Provisions locations, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
-
Maintain and update the Daily Provisions website, digital listings, and mobile app with current menu offerings, location information, promotions, creative campaigns and announcements
- Support the execution of local marketing campaigns by serving as the key liaison, assisting with planning, briefing, and trafficking of creative assets
- Coordinate third-party promotions, partnership activations, and community-facing initiatives
- Manage and direct external social media content creator, providing clear creative briefs, timelines, and feedback
- Oversee social content calendars and monitor digital channels and community engagement, flagging key trends and opportunities
- Support digital media efforts including email, paid social assets, and promotional copy
- Manage the part-time graphic designer and own project timelines to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on deadline and within scope
- Coordinate with external partners and maintain organized systems for marketing assets, vendor contacts, and campaign documentation
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of marketing experience, including internship experience; food, beverage, or hospitality experience a strong plus
- Proficiency with Canva (required) — you should be able to produce clean, on-brand assets independently
- Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools for accelerating workflow
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency creating tasteful photo and video content on mobile devices
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from brief to completion
- Experience in hospitality, grassroots campaigns, and familiarity with website CMS platforms strongly preferred
