Who you are:  

The Executive Assistant supports the office of the Founder and Executive Chairman of USHG, providing essential in-person support and high-level administrative excellence. This role showcases expert calendar management and the proactive resolution of logistical challenges. The Executive Assistant embodies USHG behaviors while tackling any task; from planning logistics to facilitating events, serving as a hospitable "front door" for guests and partners. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
  • Provide strategic support based on an innate understanding of key priorities, objectives, and leadership style.
  • Structure calendar cadence to support long-term business objectives while strategizing and implementing processes to maximize time.
  • Plan and facilitate book signings, speaking engagements, and philanthropic events, providing materials as needed.
  • Research, organize, and plan all travel bookings.
  • Provide in-person support: greet guests, maintain guest lists with accurate details, send invitations, organize swag, and hand-written notes. 
  • Partner with Guest Experience team to extend Enlightened Hospitality to key guests, clients, and friends through coordinating reservations and private event requests.
  • Update contracts on a regular basis, maintain guest lists, and send event invitations when appropriate.
            • Organize receipts and manage all expense reporting.  

            What we need from you: 

            • At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or any applicable relevant experience
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
            • Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize 
            • Ability to use discretion and maintain highly confidential information 
            • Ability to demonstrate Enlightened Hospitality and our USHG beliefs/behaviors
